"Cool AM"/US, 09-02-2010 near Czech-German-Polish border

This afternoon (09-02-2010) I could receive here near CZech-Polish-German border the following
station on the shortwaves:

- "Cool AM" from The Netherlands, 6255kcs, 14.45hrs UTC, SINPO: 3-4,2343

There was also an UNID station on 6300kcs today at 12.00hrs UTC in English language,
seemed to be an US-Station!??? Does anyone knows, which station this could have been?

Receiver: K-PO WR2100 with a 20m-longwire-antenna.

Ich hatte hier gegen 09.48 UTC auf 6299 kc Radio Rainbow. Möglich das ein Programm im Ralay ausgesendet hat. Sendeschluß auf der Frequenz war um 13.22 UTC

the broadcaster, I received at 12.00hrs on 6310kcs had a programme with much talks.
It was English in American dialect, not british. Don´t know, if the station, you heard,
was the same one.
