It has become very difficult to receive our little radio station at the moment, because suddenly the frequency 1611 kHz. become very popular for a 'Umba Umba Dutch beer music' playing radio station .
He is often so power full at the night that our signal here in Denmark can't be heard without a lot of interference only around 1 km. away .
I wonder a little .. Is it really necessary to send 'Dutch beer music' out so strongly across Europe?
Just checked your website via the link and look forward to hearing you soon. If WebSDR at Twente picks you up - I will too, especially if you increase power !
This night was 'a peaceful' night on 1611 no beer music, there was only me on the frequency .
I try some WebSDR experiments with my power. I tune up my PA from normaly 10 Watt to absolute max 60 Watt PEP (without modulation of course and in short time ) and this give me a almost stable signal on 'the waterfall', so I wait in excitement to we get our 100 Watt PA ready to go into the air .
PS: I hope not we melt down the SDR and my neighbors here where I live. .
