ZENDER SAGA(?) near Czech-Polish-German border

this early morning of Sunday, 18-04-2010 I could receive here near Czech-German-Polish border
the following Dutch pirate on the mediumwaves:

- "ZENDER SAGA(?)" on 1640kcs at 01.00hrs CET(!) with SINPO 44444
( ID in Dutch, saying he is waiting for any rapports / polca-music)
Never heard this station before!

Receiver: K-PO WR2100 with a 20m-longwire-antenna.
