the following Dutch pirate on the 48mtrs shortwaves:

- "RADIO TRANS EUROPE", 6305kcs at 14.28hrs CET(!) with SINPO 3-4,443,3-4.

Receiver: K-PO WR2100 with a 20m-longwire-antenna.
