OSM. Help please!

Greetings from England!

A couple of weeks ago on June 1 I heard a station on 1636 at around 0200 Dutch time. It was using the name OSM. I haven't heard the station again and I was wondering if anyone has any information? The voice sounded familiar but I cannot think who it is.

I have attached a recording. If anybody can help please let me know!

Many thanks for your reply. Nice to hear a station from the past making a return. I don't remember him from when I first started listening to the pirates in the 1980 and 90s, so perhaps he goes back even further?
