A lot to listen to from Holland on MW again tonight. Here is what we heard on the Lowe HF225 and magnetic loop antenna. All times are UTC:

Matrix was busy trying out a new frequency on 1632 before moving back to 1670 for a qso with various stations, including Meteoor, who was once again very strong and solid

The area on the band around 1630 is often very busy and there were several stations qsoing there tonight, including Soerabaya and Mondeo, who we heard for the first time. Bravo Sierra was another station to make it across the North Sea for the first time on MW and reception was pretty good for 50w, especially considering the close proximity of Napoleon, with his usual powerful signal

Of some of the other stations on air with music programmes, Polkaman was stronger than usual and Royal was peaking very nicely on 1624. At 0200 Dutch time there was still plenty of activity with Cowboy still coming in very strong on 1618, Miamigo solid on 1631 and Eendracht coming in well on the peaks with some English music on 1660
