Editie nummer 9 van de maand April bevat veel opnames, het meest gemaakt in onze eigen locatie, maar ook opnames van de Wire UK in het noordwesten van Engeland en een super opname van Radio Barones gemaakt in Newfoundland. Er zijn ook enkele mooie opnames die gemaakt zijn in Nederland door Radio Zeewolf.

The latest MW Pirate Review is now ready to download. Edition number nine for April contains many recordings, most of them made at our location, but some also from Wire UK in the north-west of England and a superb recording of Radio Barones made in Newfoundland. A big 'Thank You' to David for bringing together the recordings both from near and far. Great to hear the Transatlantic signals from Terry.

Closer to home, an update on one of my weaker recordings on this review, recording 6 from my 10, Moby Dick.
I know that hard work has been put in to get the station up and running. Since that recordings, he has made an Antenna upgrade and has been heard recently at S3 here in NW England.

Interesting to hear Radio North in the review, the unlicenced 1Kw station on 846Khz. I didn't consider this as a pirate being so easy to receive. Pre-set in the car so I can enjoy their country music as I drive around NW England.

I will make more contributions for the next reviews.
We need more explainations about your present here in the Netherlands in the past. There must be more stories to tell when I listen to the historic recordings
